WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

Right now, we have two different shipping methods:

  1. Home delivery through our shipping partners.
  2. Pickup option through direct pickup from our dedicated pickup points.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No. Currently we are not offering international shipping facilities.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET THE DELIVERY?

Usually, it takes 2 to 3 days for inside Dhaka and 2 to 5 days for outside Dhaka for delivery once your parcel is handed over to a third party courier service. **All these time frames are approximate and according to the regular experience. Due to any unusual or unavoidable circumstance (i.e., Election, flood, heavy rain, thunderstorm, road construction, transport unavailability, accident etc.) these time frames may get extended.

  • PAYMENT

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We are flexible with receiving payments from our customers. So, you’re getting maximum options to make your payment. You can make payment through any-

  1. MFS (i.e. Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, Dmoney)
  2. Credit or debit Card (i.e Visa, Mastercard, AMEX)
  3. RTGS and online bank transfer (i.e. BEFTN C NPSB)
  4. Cash on Delivery

You are independent to use any payment method to make your payment.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

  1. You can place order following some easy steps:
  2. Log in to your iGadget account
  3. Go the product page that you want to order
  4. Select quantity and click “Add to Cart” (For multiple product visit each product page and click add to cart)
  5. Go to My Cart (Click on cart icon)
  6. Proceed to Checkout
  7. Fill up your delivery details
  8. Select Payment Method
  9. Complete Order

After placing an order, you can track it from Orders (My Account>Orders) page.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Yes. You must create an account and stay logged in to place an order.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can tack your orders from “My Account>Orders” page. Once a product is shipped the courier tracking id or link will be sent to your email.

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

For any specific issue you can return your product by contacting us. Either you can drop at our location, or you can return through any courier service. Learn more about our return and refund policy.
