TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of any products from Gearjet or any of its subsidiaries. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Any attempt to change or supplement this document will be null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement by both, the client and Gearjet. The terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time at Gearjet’s sole discretion. The section headings below are for reference only. If any term is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms shall not be affected.
A. Disclaimer:
The products currently being sold by Gearjet are not built/designed for and will not be used in life support systems, as/with medical equipment, nuclear facilities or systems, aircraft, aviation, aviation communication devices or other critical systems whose failure to perform could result in significant injury or loss of life or damage to property. Accordingly, Gearjet will not be liable, and should the buyer use or sell Gearjet products for use in such hazardous applications, he/she does so entirely at their own risk. Furthermore, the buyer agrees to fully hold liability, defend and hold Gearjet harmless for/against any and all claims, demands, actions, litigation, and proceedings of any kind arising out of/related to above mentioned use or sale. Sometimes delivered product may slightly differ from the image of listed product due to photography or different manufacturing batch.
B. COD Terms:
- To avail COD on orders, customer have to pay the delivery charge in advance (non refundable) for below 5000TK valued orders.
- Above 5000 valued order(s) is/are required 20% pre-payment to confirm an order (Refund request is acceptable if we fail to deliver the product within 10 working days from order confirmation unless we face any unavoidable circumstances i.e Natural Disaster, Accident, Political Movement, Road Blockage, Delivery Delay etc.).
- Additional cash handling/risk handling fees/cod charge will Be applicable on total order amount (As per charged by the shipping partner used to deliver a specific order).
- Order will not be processed further, until the delivery charge/pre-payment (as per apply) is received.
- Campaign/promotional offer orders are not applicable for cash on delivery.
C. Pre-Order Terms:
- Pre-orders are selected as an accepted order once the stock is confirmed and the payment has been made.
- Delivery time for pre-order items are estimated which may get extended depending on stock arrival.
- Order will not be processed further, until the stock is confirmed and payment is received.
D. Order Processing /Cancellations:
Regular orders will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Order cancellation can be done anytime by Gearjet Due to stock unavailability, wrong pricing, pricing Error or any type of unavoidable circumstance. Customers are advised to contact Gearjet live chat/helpline/whatsapp/email before ordering a product with abnormally discounted price label.
E. Warranty/RMA:
All products sold By Gearjet are under Brand/Local importer warranty service policy as per the mentioned duration in the product page. We do not provide/issue warranty of any product (unless mentioned or imported by Gearjet). Warranty Support and Service is solely provided by a Brand/Authorized Importer. Your product warranty starts from the date of purchase. Any type of warranty claim without 1. any purchase proof i.e Invoice, Challan, Cash Memo with warranty/supplier/importer sticker where applied 2. original packaging box including all the accessories or 3. if the brand serial number or the importer/supplier/distributor/Geajet serial or both are not scannable or machine readable and human readable (where applicable) due to scratch or removal will be counted as an invalid claim. F. DOA/Replacement Policy:
1. If the Product does Not Work Out of The Box Then Only This Policy is Valid.
2. DOA Warranty Claim is Valid for 3 Days from the Date of Receiving Goods.
3. To Claim DOA Replacement You Must Record Unboxing Un-Cut Video of The Package and Send it to us.
4. If the Product DOA is Confirmed, Customer will be notified to drop at our branch(or initiate return through courier) and a Replacement Product will Be Dispatched within 7-15 Working Days After Receiving your Product.
5. We Will Test Your Product After Receiving, If The Product is in Working Condition You Have to Bear the re-Shipping Charges For The Same.
